Positive: Location, security and concept pet friendly.
Negative: Ihouse in general needs deep cleaning and useful furniture, you can't sit on chairs, no dishes or useful appliances except for fridge. Concept of the house is good, but definitely needs to be clean and have some maintenance from the entrance to the back patio.
Summary: An ok stay.
